At Intimaly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and items are unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
